These terms govern your use of zealogics.com (the “site”), operated by Zealogics and its affiliated companies (“Zealogics”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Using the site

You may use the site to learn about Zealogics, its services and products, and to contact us. You agree not to:

• use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its systems or its restricted resources, or interfere with their security or operation;
• introduce malicious code, or send automated or bulk requests, including through our forms or the AI assistant;
• scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the site without our written permission;
• submit false information, or content that is unlawful, harmful or infringing.

2. Information on the site

Content on the site is general information about Zealogics. It is not professional advice and not an offer to enter into a contract. Descriptions of services, products, capabilities and results are illustrative, and every engagement is governed by a separate written agreement. We work to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or free of errors.

3. The AI assistant

The assistant generates answers automatically, and they may be incomplete or wrong. Its answers are not advice, a quotation or a commitment by Zealogics. Confirm anything you intend to rely on with our team, and do not enter confidential or sensitive personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains how conversations are handled.

4. Restricted resources

Some resources are available only to registered visitors. Keep your access to yourself, tell us if you believe it has been misused, and use restricted material only to evaluate or work with Zealogics. We may suspend or withdraw access at any time.

5. Intellectual property

The site and its content — including text, graphics, films, software and design — belong to Zealogics or its licensors. Zealogics, the Zea suite and the names of its products are names and marks of Zealogics. Client and partner names and logos belong to their owners. Apart from viewing the site and sharing links to it, you may not use its content without our written permission.

6. Links to other sites

The site links to third-party sites and services, such as our recruitment platform and video channel. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply.

7. Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors or harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Zealogics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the courts located in New Jersey. If you use the site as a consumer, you keep any protections the law of your country of residence gives you.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
