An inspection report is an argument.
Every sentence in it has to be defensible.

That is why generic document automation fails here. A summary that reads well and cites nothing is worse than no summary at all, because somebody will sign it. The only useful generation in this sector is generation that shows its evidence.

We build it the other way round: capture first, so the finding, the measurement and the photograph are structured data at source; then generation that assembles the report from those records and cites the clause it is judging against; then review, where the inspector corrects rather than composes.
