Privacy Policy

How Zealogics collects, uses, shares and protects personal data.

Effective date: 16 September 2026

This policy explains how Zealogics and its affiliated companies (“Zealogics”, “we”, “us”) collect, use, share and protect personal data when you visit zealogics.com, send us an enquiry, use the AI assistant on this site, subscribe to updates or register to access restricted resources. Job applications are handled on our external recruitment platform, where the privacy notice shown on that platform also applies.

1. Who is responsible

Zealogics, headquartered at 3121 Route 22, Suite 200, Branchburg, NJ 08876, USA, is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Where a local Zealogics company handles your enquiry, that company is also responsible for it. You can contact us about privacy at info@zealogics.com.

2. Personal data we collect

Information you give us

  • Enquiries. Your name, work email and message, and any company, job title, phone number or country you choose to add.
  • AI assistant. The messages you send, and your name and email address if you choose to share them.
  • Updates and restricted resources. Your name and email address.

Information collected automatically

  • The pages you visit, the page that referred you and any campaign tags in the link you followed.
  • Your IP address and the approximate location derived from it (country, region and city), your network provider, device type, operating system, browser, screen size and language. Section 3 explains what we use your IP address for, and how long we keep it.
  • Page performance measurements, and requests for pages that do not exist.

3. IP addresses, security and abuse prevention

When you send us an enquiry through a form on this site, or use the AI assistant, we record the IP address the submission came from and the approximate location it resolves to. We want to be precise about why, because an IP address is personal data and we think you are entitled to know exactly what it is doing here.

We use it for two things, and only these two:

  • Telling a genuine enquiry from an automated or abusive one. Public forms attract automated submissions, scripted probing and attempts to use them to send mail to other people. The address is what lets us rate-limit, recognise a flood of submissions from one network, and investigate an attempted intrusion or a security incident on this site.
  • Routing your enquiry and knowing when to reply. The approximate country and region tell us which of our teams should answer you, and your time zone tells us what time it is where you are before somebody calls.

We do not use your IP address to build a profile of you, to target advertising, to track you across other websites, or to identify you personally beyond the details you chose to give us. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with advertising or data brokers. It is shared only with the hosting, email, security and spam-protection providers that operate this site on our behalf, and — where an incident requires it — with law enforcement or our professional advisers.

How long we keep it. The full address is reduced to its network prefix after a set retention period, so what remains shows roughly which network an enquiry came from and no longer identifies a device. Administrators can shorten that period, and can switch the recording of addresses off entirely or configure this site to keep only the network prefix from the outset.

Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, our legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in keeping this site and the people who use it secure, in preventing abuse of our forms, and in responding to business enquiries efficiently. You can object to it, and ask what we hold, using the contact details in section 12.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies and similar browser storage to keep registered visitors signed in, to remember your AI assistant conversation, to protect our forms from automated abuse and — where enabled — to measure how the site is used with Google Analytics. Our forms may be protected by Google reCAPTCHA, whose use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some features may then stop working.

5. How we use personal data

  • To reply to your enquiry and, where you agree, to follow up about it.
  • To provide the AI assistant, and to review conversations so that its answers improve.
  • To send updates you have asked for. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe.
  • To give registered visitors access to restricted resources.
  • To keep the site secure, and to prevent spam, fraud and abuse.
  • To understand how the site is used and to improve its content and performance.
  • To meet legal obligations, and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

6. Legal bases

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on your consent (for example, to contact you about an enquiry or to send updates); on our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving the site and in responding to business enquiries; on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract; and on compliance with legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that has already taken place.

7. The AI assistant

Answers from the assistant are generated by an AI model, which may be provided by a third-party AI service acting on our behalf. Answers can be incomplete or wrong, so please confirm anything important with our team. Do not share sensitive personal data or confidential information in a conversation. Conversations are deleted automatically after a set retention period.

8. Who we share it with

  • Zealogics companies, where your enquiry is best handled by a team in another country.
  • Service providers that host the site, deliver email and provide AI models, analytics and spam protection, acting under contract and only on our instructions.
  • Authorities and professional advisers, where the law requires it or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
  • A buyer or successor, if all or part of our business is reorganised or sold.

9. International transfers

Zealogics operates in ten countries, and our service providers may process personal data outside the country where you are. Where the law requires it, transfers are protected by recognised safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for. Visitor analytics and AI assistant conversations are deleted automatically after set retention periods. Enquiry records are kept for as long as the business relationship lasts, and afterwards for as long as legal, accounting or reporting obligations require.

11. How we protect it

Our information security management system is certified to ISO/IEC 27001. Data sent to and from this site is encrypted in transit, and access to personal data is limited to the people who need it for their work. Our Security page describes our controls.

12. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable format and to withdraw your consent. California residents may request to know, delete and correct the personal information we hold about them, and will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email info@zealogics.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before we act on it. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

13. Children

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.

14. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our practices change and revise the effective date above.
