Report to keep track of the release readiness proposals for parts under different categories
Client Challenge
Client needs to ensure that all parts under different categories are ready for release by the end of the year. For each of these of parts the responsible Project leads are expected to enter the proposed week, along with some additional information. That contributes towards Release readiness are to be fetched from other sources which could be an excel sheet or a smart sheet. Handling and collaborating this huge data manually is cumbersome and reading the data and drawing a conclusion is time consuming.
